does anyone have any opinion on taking a leap position in qwst? it's leaps go out to jan. 2002 which is a hellava long way out. the 30's and the 35's both look enticing.

I heard if it's below $22.5 for more than a certain period of time, the deal will be off. Can someone please verify? I would certainly like to see the deal get killed. Smart people make bad judgements once in a while. TLAB planned to buy CIEN and then realized they made a mistake, cancelled the deal, stock recovered nicely.
