forgive the questions if they've been repeatedly asked... after a public or private message TO ME is read, it is moved to trash, where it will remain for 48 hours, at which time it is emptied? and the only record of a public message TO ME that i have read but failed to place in a folder would be on the thread? and there will be no record of a private message TO ME that i have failed to place in a folder? then, turning to the wonderful world of messages FROM ME... after i compose a public or private message, will the only record of it (other than on the thread if it is public) exist only if i have created a folder for it and filed it there?
