$Mogul, Blodget has been pretty predictable in using an Accumulate/Buy rating for nearly all of his stocks. His price targets have ranged from as low as 15% upside to 66% upside for these equally rated stocks. Because of the steep decline in his stocks, at least of those price targets now represents upside potential in the 400% range. Note that the performance criteria for a ML Buy rating is 20% upside in the selected period. Non-performance factors may prevent a stock from getting a near-term Buy rating. In those cases you often see the "12-18 month" wording. I can only recall one instance (TBFC) in which Blodget upgraded a stock from 2-1 to 1-1 on price weakness. INIT is clearly in upgrade territory, but the analyst has a history of taking no action.
