***MEETING AT TSIG REPORT*** This report will be a little vague as we agreed to go into greater detail when I meet again next Tue or Wed. First the bad news. Gordon misunderstood me and gave me the conversion left of about $180,000. This is what has been filed for and is what is left from the shark. There is about $450,000 left to be filed for conversion from another member group. They have not filed. The new PP seemed to be so close to done that it was spoken of as done. They were there yesterday. The PR will attempt to spell out the details. If it is announced before I go back, I will take questions concerning it with me. You all should like it. The CEO of another company and Gordon were waiting on a return call from the lawyer about something before signing a contract. This will involve TSIG getting into a new niche but somehow related. There will be some internet names involved everyone will recognize. Let the PR explain. This sounded great with as much as I was allowed to hear. Full details next week. Over 10,000 schools have made contact. There will be no way to determine the actual intended participation until about the 2nd week of Sept. That is when the participation intents will be sent in by the schools and received by Lifetime. Amy said they have contacted several thousand (under 5,000) music depts bt phone so far. She says the interest is very high. I hope everyone realizes there are two deals in one with Lifetime. The schools and PTAs are one. The Music Depts are the other. They do separate fund raising attempts for different reasons. TSIG is working out a scholarship enticement for the schools. Each school that raises $10,000 will receive a $500 scholarship to give out from TSIG. This is a good incentive for the school to reach this goal. This is still being worked out. Next week the second mailing will go out to the schools. 102,000 principals and PTAs. 70,000 Music depts. A couple of weeks later the principals get another mailing. That gives all the parties two mailings. In addition TSIG is attempting to reach by phone 50,000 of the Music depts. I had originally wondered why the Music Depts were singled out for the phone until I realized they were a separate entity within the schools and their fund raising might come at a different time with the decision being made by the Music Dept heads. In the last week of Aug the 4-H clubs will receive a mailing. Then each month after in the monthly news letter. These are small clubs that should interact well toward a fund raising attempt. The returns should be high. This could beat the Lifetime attempt. GE Capitol called yesterday and wants to discuss going forward while waiting for the Signature deal to finally initiate. There is still no word on that one. My thought is and I seemed to get some agreement that the deal is stalled until TSIG shows stability. They have some new business to talk about. There was a little mention about something happening around the Superbowl. It would probably have to kick off 2-3 months before. TEMPO expects to distribute over 100m CDs next year. Included on each will be a 3 unit ECD. TSIG gets a dime for each. We also get the card sales. If 1% purchase, that is 1m cards or another $10m. There are also a couple of promotions TEMPO should bring to the table for implementation by the end of the year. The NMF CEO was also in the office while I was there. She is discussing putting together a deal with a large high profile corporation in Florida. No longer can any wonder if NMF is genuinely earning their cut. The Lifetime Learning deal along with this one and others to come proves their worth. Best I can do for now. Hope it helps. Do your DD as best as you can. Bob
