No, Del. You got it all reversed. Remember, the meek shall inherit the earth... the brave will inherit the universe.

All the trembling quislings who cower whenever they contemplate the future may stay on earth. Here they are free to wring their hands and whine in fear about the unknown future. Here they are at liberty to live the dichotomy of employing high technology in their daily lives while condemning it in the same breath. Here they can procreate and their heirs will inherit the future asteroid that will lovingly embrace the earth with dinosaur-killing impact (such as the asteroid that NASA is currently tracking. They half-jokingly call it the 4YK problem because that's when they calculate it will hit). Or, perhaps these modern day Luddites will inherit a future where they can tremble in awe as the sun goes nova. They should be happy; it is part of nature. I hope they scream in ecstasy as the cleansing solar plasma washes over them and reduces them to superheated clouds of radioactive particles. Whatever.
