How does this sound:

ATHM Basic Service(Just BB net connection + Use your own browser + No frills) $21.99 per month

ATHM Basic Extended(BB net connection + ATHM-XCIT) $39.99 per month

ATHM Premium (Basic + Basic Extended + AOL-ATHM) $54.99 per month

ATHM Package #1(Basic + Basic Extended + AOL-ATHM + Any 2 pay sites) $69.99 per month

ATHM Package #2(Basic + Basic Extended + AOL-ATHM + Any 5 pay sites) $79.99 per month

*Additional Pay sites add $9.99 per month each
**Additional net connections (Same household) $9.99 per month

This is just a quick thought as far as pricing and packages, but this is what I envision for the future. AOL and ATHM will both make money while keeping their respective content separate. This is based on the way the cable companies work similar packages and pricing. Something like this (only much more thought out) would give AOL what they want, ATHM a huge market share, Both companies a chance to develop their own content. Also the threat to each company will go away but the competition to develop their own sites will still flourish.

Just an idea......
