I think you speak a valid point, and I am not talking about me being a crazed numbrain either! :) I will expand the trading from 8:00 am EST to 4:15 pm EST, but not overnight....that would be too crazy to track....besides, as you mention the timeframe you listed should cover most contengencies except global meltdown at 2 am or something..... This also means however, that stops will apply from 8:00 am EST, so if you have a live stop on the books, it can get taken out prior to the open..... Man, I really have to update the rules. Who started this anyway? Wow.......
