The free ISPs, from the little feedback I've gotten, are not great for frequent users wishing high speed. MSN will probably offer a great ISP because of the $ behind it--easy to get on, high speed bandwith etc Jill

Gerald Walls, re: Brand, screwed up version of IE. I don't agree with your branding arguement for ISP service. This is not food, or insurance, or health-care. And it is small ticket, not a car or appliance or computer. It is a connection service and home portal experience. Month-to-month. $20 a month. Trust does not figure... it is an apples to apples comparision. Free ISPs will only steal business from those ISPs that are not offering an AOL experience. As far as the proprietary IE errors... why bring it up? There are probably a lot of things wrong with AOL... and there have been for a long time... and they continue to grow. Please remain on the subject. Just my opinion, and I look forward to your response. Jon :)
