No, I didn't misunderstand the consolidation issue, I was just stating I didn't have the gumption to consolidate like LB. That commentary was probably out of place with in the overall message.

LB is urging consolidation in the 4 BG's (big gorillas). Which is probably excellent advice if I could discipline my self not to continually tinker around with my holdings.

The pursuit of the ever evasive superior return by trading stocks has cost me a bundle in the past several years. This years lesson was when I sold EMC at 55 in December and missed out on a double.

I am back in again with a much smaller position, but hopefully wiser for having traded my way out of a bundle.
