Better yet...I hope Microsoft has an 800 number, because they pay for the call.
No, the small ISPs will NOT survive. They just won't.
But if this free ISP has "catches"...you had better BELIEVE Steve Case will be all over it...exposing it.

I think you should be aware that a PE of 3 times the probable future growth rate of earnings is "reasonable" only because it was 6 or 7 times just recently. Such a multiple will in all probability become even more "reasonable".
