To all interested in diesel tech related stock, check out ASN.ase.

Bargain level price currently. Proprietary technology applicable to all large roadgoing, offroad and stationary diesels. Premise is
recovery of lost energy through engine cooling systems. Does not
rely on replacing of diesel fueling systems and related infrastructure
concerns/bottlenecks. Virtually unlimited potential. Look at what
'Westone' did, now consider ASN's (soon to be renamed to
Thermal Retreival Systems) potential, it's ability to be easily
installed at factory or retrofitted to existing diesels. Also
consider pressure EPA is exerting on diesel engine industry.

I don't know what's up with AFS in India.

MPFI refers to a gasoline injection system that replaces a carburetor. tj.

Why don't you contact the company about the state of things in India if you are concerned? As far as this affecting ATF's work in India, that will depend on whether the Indian government is satisfied with the pollution output of having fuel injection models or whether they still desire the reduced emissions of NG.

It was never intended that ATF sparrows would be used in every single car coming off the Maruti assembly line, only in those intended to run on natural gas which would be a fairly small number percentage wise. My conclusion is that this would have little influence on ATF's problems in India and the delays are simply the company's inability to close the deal and typical third world foot dragging.

By the way, I was watching a show about the train crash in India and the panelists mentioned that cars are mainly used in the major centres and that the road system between cities is really quite limited. Sure seems like a great place to use NG vehicles due to their main limitation of range.
