I posted this a few minutes ago, but it disappeared.. lets see if this makes it..

My thought is that the conversion option would make tons of sense (and $$$) if he knew there was a buy-out of IDTC that would make his conversion shares worth a lot more... now, wouldn't that make sense to you??
