do any of you find it disturbing that ntop ended the day off sharply despite the overall internet recovery?

I would like to know, has the last couple of weeks taught IDTC anything? Was, or does this continue to be for nothing. Anyone get a sense? Will IDTC get their act together and become a company that develops a proactive responsive IR? how can a debacle like this be prevented in the future? Do they understand what has happened?
