pretty heady stuff- trading halt for some exciting news from the company... And what is this news ? deliquent filers !!! wow. nest they will be delisted. This is amazing management.They have the best interests of the company and shareholders at heart NOT !! If they cannot organize a few pieces of paper for the vse, how the heck can they run a successful company ? either they are incompetent as i wrote above or they are running some scam to shake out more shares in advance of some event . So what are we dealing with ? incompetence or fraud ? Oh yes i also called the company, no answer just a machine and it doesnt even announce the name of the company, just athe number and leave a message. Really good stuff.
