Looks to me like new insiders are just about finished loading up and seem to be doing their utmost to prevent price from raising to quickly.
Private placement must be in the wings, most digruntled minor shareholders shaken out, 70% +/- of shares in insiders or friendly hands.
I think it's ready to go; any thoughts?
