thanks JG!! You were VERY able to explain to me what I've not been able to grasp so far. I've probably made some mistakes by not doing it this way, but, it's the only way to learn. Next order, I'll try it. Last I looked today, the bid/ask was .25/.30!! no offense..but here's hoping ECNC stays right where it is for another week or so till my client pays me some back $$$ :>) I'm pretty close to having an even 5000 shares. Wheee. LONG is the only way to go :>) dave g
