Hey folks - just returned to Honolulu this afternoon. My wife and I stopped in Las Vegas for a few days on the way back and were very happy to meet Sammie and her family who were on vacation as well. Sammie is a wonderful lady. I hope to meet more of you some day. It's good to hear that Bob was able to meet with Rob Gordon and Paul Henry and will do so again next week. It sounds like a lot is happening behind the scenes. Hopefully - Bob will also receive some direct answers to some questions that we asked a few weeks ago. There has been ample time (over 3 weeks) for TSIG to respond in my opinion. P.S. When we returned this afternoon, Tiger and Bald Eagle were here but T-SIG was nowhere to be found. Tiger and Bald Eagle are lavishing in our attention at the moment - they are super affectionate. The lady that was taking care of the cats is coming over tonight so we'll find out what happened to T-SIG. My gut feeling is that T-SIG escaped when she opened the front door. T-SIG is a wild cat so I'm sure he'll be ok but I hope we find him soon. When I use the word converted I mean "converted into shares" and not necessarily sold. Please express your answer in the following format: (a) Total amount of PP and additional funding provided to date (b) The amount that has been converted to date (c) The effective date that you hold these figures to be accurate (2) How much additional funding is required for TSIG through the end of 1999 ? Of this amount, how much additional funding is required to cover the added needs of the company rampup to Oct-Nov? (3) How many of the newly authorized shares are immediately needed to cover conversions there were no shares for? (4) What are the dollars remaining left to convert from all funding sources? (5) Have the lenders all filed to convert? (6) What is the likelihood of equity financing coming through ? (7) Have any steps been made to take Gordon's increased compensation back, at least, to 1998 levels? If the funding takes place, will the added amount for 1999 be awarded to him even though the company has not reached any level of success yet? Please respond to myself and Mr. Bob Wright. We would appreciate an immediate response no later than COB 12 JUL 99. Thank you. Sincerely, Phillip Longacre _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
