Dan, I am merely pointing out that financial arrangements with legal counsel don't necessarily fall into a single category. At times, lawyers will accept other arrangements than simply cash handed over regardless of the outcome. This may or may not be the case with each of the legal actions to be undertaken by Crystallex, and we will have to wait to see what costs will be assumed by the Company. I am sure the board of directors was aware of the Company's financial capacity prior to pursuing this latest round. Charred, as you may know, likes to babble on without taking the time to do basic research and prefers to leap to assumptions which fit his theories. He bears a grudge against Crystallex for reasons known only to him, and allows this to cloud his judgement.
