On what basis do you conclude that?

The stock bounced off its June bottom and 200 ma on que, up 16% on 2x ave vol. This is what one would expect of an important rebound (which hopefully will prove to be a reversal).

Are you saying the TA is weak because the stock is still below other closely followed ma intervals, and still so far from its all-time high?
