Tim, I assume if this is a Sony Pictures deal then Sony gets a cut, JCVD gets a percentage of the take, which he then splits with MVEE 50/50.

The following release is pretty clear as to the terms,

biz.yahoo.com

The questions are,

How much is Sony Pictures paid for releasing the film???

Of course the balance is split 50/50 between JCVD and MVEE.

If it does a 100 million, what's Sony;s take and away goes MVEE.

If MVEE only nets 10 cents per share on this one deal, I believe it will be away to the races, a PE of 15 to 1 not unreasonable in my opinion.
