That's the one - those in complete denial - why does the name of Ron Reese come to mind? should post this up by their beds so they can see it last thing at night and first thing in the morning. It also shows the insignificance of most of the countries who have sold - it looks as if the Dutch sales were an adjustment for EU purposes. It also gives the lie to those who talk, glibly, of CBs selling off all their gold. If I'm not mistaken the U.S. gold is still valued at $35/oz and the gold of several other nations is valued at less that (even) current market value.

Edmund - Official Gold Holdings - someone has pointed out to me by PM that the US reserves are valued at $280/oz in arriving at the 53% of official reserves calculation. d
