i checked 10-10-345 (lucky dog: 10-10-345.com click on "FAQ"). "Q. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE 10-10-345? A. When you dial 10-10-345, you pay 10 cents a minute for state to state calls, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, with a 10 cent connection fee per call." as far as i know, they are owned by at&t. it's part of T's way to fight the 10-10s. mci also has one.
