does the technical suppose to be able to tell the speed or time duration of a move, say the projected rally from here?

GZ, At the risk of sounding like heresy... are you outta your blankity, blank mind??? You musta been one of the technicians that one of the "forecasters" on CNBC said that "...you can ask any technician you want and he (or she... I guess) will say we are in for a rally here!" Well count ME out. When there is a unanimous vote one way... sorry, but I abstain! Make it unanimous WITHOUT ME! This market has the tankity, tank blues... and I might not have the timing exactly right, but down it goes and really soon. Yes, we might have a bit of a reprieve, but I won't even admit to that until I get Barron's in the morning. PLEASE, GZ, I beg you to rethink your position! Bill
