Management Maruice, From what I have read on the two Q threads I get the impression that management (Jacobs, Viterbi, etc) is very good (perhaps outstanding). I especially liked engineer's story regarding Jacobs and Viterbi whipping out designs in that 8-hour meeting in 1987. I especially liked the "turn the other way" attitude by management during the Holy War years as described by Gregg. Do you have a list of articles (stories) handy which you could share with the board regarding the history & character of this management? This is a fascinating story (technolgy, management, history) ... there must be some good stories around on the web. (please provide url links)
