BALONEY! You recommended people get their water from nearby lakes and streams. SHOW US THE POST WHERE YOU RECOMMENDED A NICE SIMPLE WATER PURIFICATION KIT for everyone else? was that before or after YOU POSTED YOU WERE GOING TO HAVE 2 weeks of water on hand and 3 weeks of food on hand as YOUR contingency planning? you know the one before the one where you stated your contingency plan to your contingency plan was traipsing across country 2200 miles to dad's in pacific northwest (and drinking HIS water after you got there?) since the average household uses 350 GALLONS OF water PER DAY according to some statistic posted on here in the last 2 weeks, by lady flatsville??, have you done the math as to how many blue 55 gallon drums YOUR PLAN requires? Have you bought them yet? Or are you planning on rotating 4900 gallon milk jugs? you DID POST YOUR plan of storing 2 weeks worth of water, WHICH YOU DID POST WAS YOUR CONTINGENCY PLAN, 14 days times 350 gallons is only 4900 gallons of water, give or take a few drops. 4900 gallons divided by 55 gallon drums FILLED TO THE BRIM means YOU are working on an 89.09 55 gallon drum hoard now doesn't it??? well, there are two things we know for sure, about your water plan, ron. these d.c. neighbors of yours with the 30 EMPTY 55 gal drums only have 59 more to go to catch up with YOUR water plan, and two: you are all wet. are you rotating 4900 empty milk jugs? one last question: just WHICH nice simple water purification kit have you ended up purchasing? how about a url to that website of your provider, of course, ONLY if you have already purchased all you need first. just how many tablets, filters, storage containers will it take to filter 4900 gallons anyhow? inquiring threaders want to know. and just where are you going to stash all those pills, filters and CHLOROX???? so that ATF boys won't find them when YOUR neighbor in the condo below yours complains to the homeowners association that their ceiling is sagging because of your 4900 gallons (times 8# per gal) is kinda weighing things down upstairs at your place? do you know what else you can make with CHLOROX enough for 4900 gallons of water that the ATF is MIGHTY INTERESTED IN KNOWING???? yes, c.k. houston's story is funny, but not NEARLY as funny as the way YOU tell it, ron.
