That was the same response Scottsdale kept giving me but i kept calling every other day and yesterday i received my certs. Sooner or later they will run out of certs then the fun begins.STAY ON THEM HEAVY FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS AND KEEP US POSTED.

Yes, I just received mine (MG stock) this week. I also have 500 services. It took far too much time, in my estimation. I could not reach any management to complain. They have always been excellent in service, so I can't explain why this was handled so poorly.
