Hello Joe, here is the lastest response I received from Schwab. Dear Mr. xxxxx: Thank you for your e-mail. I apologize for the delay in answering you. I am still trying to get these shares out to you. We are experiencing a problem with the DTC because the shares are not registered. I sent them a copy of what you sent me from the company. They told me it may take a few days more and they may end up having to go straight to the Transfer Agent to get these. I will keep you posted on this.
