Ari Good to hear from you. I am glad to hear that you have been busy, I was afraid that you may have thrown in the towel and who could have blamed you. I would appreciate a fax of anything that you find on the subjects of option repricing, significant news releases immediately after option pricing, voting rights of restricted shares. Surely even on a mickey mouse exchange like the VSE there are some rules on this repricing issue that prevents company owners in such a total control position from lining their own pockets. Let me know what you find out.
