TexasDude: You distort issues and change subjects all too transparently. First, I did not speculate about the tender offer. I doubt that it would pass legal muster. The tenderee is merely announcing a willingness to accept -- for free -- up to 10,000 August 11 calls. Where is the mutuality of obligation in that? Second, I try not to be a cheerleader. I try to avoid hype. I try to stick mainly to pertinent and verifiable facts. You should, too. Third, I do not consider critical commentary to be inappropriate. I read and appreciate thoughtful devil's advocacy. But I reserve the right to label a person who serves up shallow and misleading sarcasm as a wiseass. A person with your agenda probably ought to have slightly thicker skin.
