I wonder when the company dialogue changed from this ... One other thing that I forgot to mention; John said that they had a big carry over loss from PRWT which will be a huge tax advantage... He said he couldn't reveal the numbers on the tax write off from PRWT, but any tax write off from the start, is already a move in the right direction... #reply-4698434 to the company being free and clear of any debts. Oh, where oh where are those promised financials? So, if PRWT had debts, could this have been the hold up in the RM? I'll have to go back and read ww's post on possible scenarios on the RM having taken place with a one for one exchange. JAT, but could that be why they waited til the new year before they actually effected the RM, after the debts were paid?
