Great three posts guys. Slider where are you writing from? Some high tech contraption 5,000 feet up? Sheesh! Now that's dedication! <g>

You guys clinched it; will be buying RRC Monday or Tuesday. These micro E&P's seem to be a forming variants of the H&S bottom's that we all know and love so well. Remember the oil chart last winter?

Seems like the NG bubble is about to go ka-ploooie with all these gas fired plants being built. It ain't hurtin' GE's bottom line either. In this vein - buy MAVK - buy it soon, imo. From yahoo's profile: <note the word TRANSPORTATION)

"MAVK manufactures electric resistance welded pipe for drilling and production applications and line pipe for surface handling and transportation of oil and natural gas"

My portfolio will be FLC, FGI, CRK, MAVK, TMR, OEI, RRC, TEXP. I want some PDE to be totally happy. Still plenty of time for KEG, will wait for that one to drive over the 200 dma, then buy on the pb.

IF CRK rips to 7 soon (70% gain) will sell and try to enter PDE. Venezuela is looking to expand NG production in a big way.

Bill, Excellent summary on power generation! Note that currently we burn 21 tcf gas annually in North America. That amount will rise to 27 tcf annually in 2008... As the researchers said about the recent analysis of pollen on the Shroud of Turin, "you put one plus one together and figure out what this means"...for the drillers....
