I called him your guy because you are the one who introduced his views into the discussion, and I assumed they reflected yours. I did take note that you think "interesting" only his views about epidemics, not about the importance of reversing global warming.

I then talked about his views about epidemics. Which I wasn't exactly reassured by.

What other posts am I ignoring? You are pasting articles! I am replying out of my head. It takes time! I have other things to do, unfortunately, but if you mean the Lindzer article, I do plan to respond. But you'd be surprised how much time it takes to respond compared to how much time it takes to paste. I'm doing my best!

Would you mind simply addressing what you would be willing to do to "support improvements in public health" in the second and third worlds? In case the epidemiologists you quote are right about the effect of global warming on health?

I mean, the risk here is to millions and millions and millions of people. Very few of whom have window screens, much less immunizations and air conditioning.

What are you willing to do for them?

I do hope it isn't, "Well, good heavens, people adapt."
