James, sounds like a good premise for a role playing game. <g> fwiw this kind of new world order cabal works a lot better in theory than in practice. I've seen a lot of efforts to muscle the markets and have even participated in a few and Murphy's Law has this annoying habit of getting involved at the most inopportune moments.
