Simple and you can too. Go to Quote.com and run the intraday chart on CUBE. See how the stock traded during the day.

If it ends quite different than it behaved during the day without any news, and on low volume, there is a very high likelihood that the market makers have been screwing with the closing price.

CUBE got into the 26 level today, it is very close to hitting 25. At 25 I think it is a good buy, and I will add to my position. However, patience pays off sometimes. Because CUBE has dropped much faster than I have expected there is a higher percentage chance it will fall farther. I wouldn't be surpised to se it touch 22-23 area, momentarily.
