The jest I make is not about the tragic loss of life in Atlanta. I think we can all agree that that is deplorable and senseless. But by the same token looking at the store front operation in Boca, one can clearly see that there is only 1 glass door (of the non-bullet proof variety I wager) to the outside street separating traders from the gun toting public. (See: geocities.com:80/WallStreet/Market/3062/Boca/boca3.JPG) Now that the bell on this type of workplace violence has been struck, it cannot be unrung. For PABN to not act to prevent this type of event at their facilities, raises their level of responsibility and consequently their liability. They can no longer make the claim of this type of thing being unimaginable. But hey maybe there is nothing to worry about. Because if they have no assets, then there's not really that much potential for loss.
