Looks like a good deal. EMC sells at 14x sales,
the buyout of DGN is at 1x sales - EMC is using
its stock to buy DGN. Deal is accretive
to 2000 & 2001 earnings. Deal enables EMC to
get into the midrange storage business. EMC's market
cap is 60B, DGN buyout is 1B - purchase price is
insignificant to EMC's market cap.

The buyout doesn't appear to be dilutive nor risky to EMC.
