DKR, Energizer management has always had a good relationship with Valence as well as having qualified their technology. If Energizer management and shareholders gains control of the company, they will certainly repackage Valence products.

DKR: Eveready division is being spun off from RAL, and the Energizer Power Systems (EPS) division of Eveready is being sold off by Eveready. These are independent events. The EPS sale result was to have been announced in early August. As Lev mentioned during the last conference call, some of the potential OEM customers of EPS are waiting to see who buys it. This is indeed holding up contracts through/by EPS to Valence.
