If your point is that the short interest has
increased over the last eight months, you
are right. My point is that the shorts have
plagued this stock for several years and that
the current shorts are not necessarily the
investors in the series C. I know many here on
SI look for conspiracies with these smallcap
stocks but the fact of the matter is that ARIA
has failed to execute their signal transduction
program, has yet to demonstrate value out of
the Genomics Center, has not made a major
partnership with the ARGENT technology and has
floated what appears to be a toxic convertable
offering... any short in his/her right mind would
jump all over this.

Oh, and did I mention possible delisting if the
trading range dips below $1?

I'm long on the stock, I've held a moderate position
for several years and actually added a bit recently
for trading purposes. I still believe the technology
is worth more than the market cap but I don't know
if that value will ever be realized.
