The Entertainment Internet, Inc. (OTC BB:EINI - news), a global provider of information and data distribution services specifically designed for the entertainment and media industries.

How does this benefit MVEE shareholders? Do you know anything about that company? Do they have a lot of cash that they are willing to share? I their equity structure any better than MVEE's?

It's great that the price may go up, but what do you expect of the stock price in a year? Has anybody read EINI's 10K?

Why does JCVD think this is a good marriage?

"Dilution" is all a question of how much each is worth. Looks to me more like MVEE is getting diluted with regards to earnings and revenues. That's my first take ... I'll be doing some further research but the 1998 annual financials for EINI don't look like much and EINI shareholders are getting 50% of MVEE which we have all been patiently waiting to appreciates based upon REAL business.

Just my thoughts for now and ...
