This deal is big but the real money maker is USD. That can instantly raise their book value if its a hit.

is my understanding correct
on friday 12 shares of MVEE were worth .49 and 1 share of EINI was worth .84 so MVEE holders make .03 a share or .36 for every 12 shares.

Walter , Are u the same guy from the EDIG thread?? Of course u r. I don't claim to know much , but here is how I see it.EINI has moved up to 0.97 (aprox). If I buy 12000 shs of MVEE right now around 0.06 it costs me $720.00. If all else remains the same, after the deal is done I will have 1000 shs EINI worth $970.00. That is a pretty nice profit, and if EINI continues to climb,,, well lets just say I'll be buyin drinks for the boys at the bar. At this time I own a bunch of MVEE, and I'm buying a bunch more. It seems pretty simple to me, but of course I could be wrong, and it is speculative.Good luck here and to us both in EDIG. ( I'm long a bunch of that too). Pasquale

The .49 referred to in the press release is the value of 12 shares of MVEE at last Friday's price of .041. Twelve shares of MVEE (.49) is to be traded for 1 share of EINI (at last Friday's price of .84). A bargain, so it appears.

But...is 50/50 ownership a bargain for MVEE shareholders?
