Morgan,

Well, I was disappointed when

you were wrong about the 48-1/2 resistance and then,
again, about the capitulation sell-off at 35. But I
won't be disappointed if you are wrong again this time. :)

I think TA has been hopeless with NITE for some time
because the conditions surrounding this stock (what with
lockup expiry and negativity) are not "normal".

The strong positives for the stock now are the extreme
negativity, unchanged fundamentals and lack of "real"
bad news. When there is no "real" bad news, the public
makes up its own, it seems. It feeds on itself, and so
a small sell-off becomes a bigger one.

If I was a *guess*, I'd say that margin is playing a big
part in the sell-off.

We'll just have to wait and see. :)

Joseph
