According to the PR, EINI gets 1/2 the company. May help our short-term share price but ... not MVEE net value. ALTHOUGH, Hadid is loaded and he comes with the deal. Also, apparently Cataldo is very excited about Castnet prospects. read July 15 PR, lots to consider and INTERNET has a HIGH profile. Interesting combined company and personalities. I'm sure insiders own over 50% of the company, so we'll just have to see how they do. I think the shareholder vote is a formality. Nevertheless, I am concerned since I do have a sizable stake. later, leroyt
