Unless he means Microsoft, this statement does not make much sense to me. Checkfree is the only company in this space to have reached critical mass to be profitable. Other smaller players will have trouble here, especially if I-Net stocks continue to tumble and the virtually free capital for anything related to the internet dries up. Microsoft will continue to be a formidable player, but Intuit has given us hope that small companies can still compete against the gorilla. However, few others have succeeded.
