yea, nice breakout. Except for one notable spike to 25 in May, the stock has been trading between 17 and 20 since 12/98. Today it decisively broke out of that range on above average volume, as the 20ma crossed the 200ma.

What do you think of the following scenario?

Next stop: 25, by 8/24 as investors anticipate a rate increase and continue to flee inets. Then 30 by the following fomc meeting, for the same reasons. After the 3rd increase in 1999 is announced, it's off to the races!!
