Dilution or creation of additional value to FNTN's shareholders that remains to be seen. If FNTN puts those shares to productive use, like paying a fair market price for an acquisition, then the price of FNTN stock should be driven higher by the additional value created. A dilution in FNTN's stock price suggests that either FNTN would end up paying more than the market value for a target company or that is that they squander the money on activities that do not make good business sense.
