Elizabeth - ( ..."Friday = awful" theory? ) With lesser known companies, this _is_ always worth thinking about when something comes out Friday night. This is very similar to the practice of the White House making negative news releases on Friday nights after the news deadlines. There is a second WIND SEC filing today. Both seem to be registrations for sale by holders of some kind, one for stocks and one for convertible bonds, but the implications are beyond my understanding. -g- Regards, Don
