Ron,
You & I have spoken often about the current Clinton "strong Dollar Policy" and the effects both positive & negative. It seemed as though, we both agree it may have gone too far, as seen in manufacturing jobs, commodities prices, and balance of trade.

Would you agree the aluminum merger today leaving the US the number with the 2nd largest largest supplier is a possible threat the US as the #1 military power? Aluminum is perhaps the most important strategic military metal today.

Can eroding commodity pricing and through it production reach a point as to undermine national security? I think so.
