<No short here 'ole buddy. As you probably know IPO's cannot be shorted for 30 days and I wouldn't short IDTC at these levels. In fact, the more I look at IDTC, the more I see a purchase in the cards. I generally don't short at all except down markets...I'm learning though.>

I was told by your friend Anthony. That I was a fool if I thought that. So, who is the fool?

Steve, don't forget the time he "forecast" news about their ISP business a few days ahead of news. This at a time when, as he pointed out, there had been no ISP side news in ages. That was just before the Spanish ISP was announced for the first time.

He gets the news right, but missed the direction of the price in the ultimate test - post IPO. But I agree that shorting at this level would be suicide. IDTC is under valued, but could stay under $20 for rest of year.

This is probably a restriction imposed by your brokerage firm. There are hundreds of other firms, several of which allow IPOs to be shorted in the first 30 days. And before someone asks, it is perfectly legal.

I shorted NTOP yesterday morning.
