Ern, it sounds to me like you classify anyone and everyone as a "Basher" that gives an opinion or facts that aren't in line with your facts. Sounds to me like you're a winey, defensive little baby investor that has to get as many people in the PABN boat as possible so if the ship goes down you won't be alone. My previous post was nothing more than to state PABN doesn't have any capital to be buying back shares as one of your fellow PABN followers stated. I've never in my 12 year investing career as a stock broker and investment banker seen a penny stock under. 10 cents with 300 million in the float, 800 MILLION issued and 1.1 BILLION authorized that didn't attempt to get their stock price up via a reverse only to be shorted into oblivion . How long will it be before those 500 million issued get registered and then your 300 million share float will be 800 MILLION. Any idea how dilutive it is for PABN to be raising capital at these levels , and trust me, they will have to raise money, so what do they do in an effort to make the stock look more attractive to institutional investors, raise money at less dilutive prices and attempt to get listed, they reverse it. In this case your probably looking at a minimum of 10:1 just to get to .50 cents . Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot, the company said they have no plans of doing a reverse. Believe that one and you may as well pack it in now as an investor; I've delt with more penny stocks than I can remember and they all have the same story; no reverse planned, the stocks undervalued, should be trading at higher multiples, by this time next year the stock will be up 500 %, blah, blah, blah. Show me one stock that had this many shares issued and in the float that traded under .10 cents that got listed do the stock appreciating and not through a reverse. Defend PABN all you want and I really hope you do well with it, it looks like a good short term trading stock, but long term a reverse is inevitable! ragingbull.com The poster got a bit over zealous mentioning 500Million shares, but the theme still holds.
