Okay, then who will be the next leaders?

This is not a B Kahuna (not yet) and may produce a long pause in the broad markets climb. How long before a sideways market can travel before it becomes a bear market?

I consider the market activity between Jan-March '99 as the base for these broad Indexes. If this area is broken....it will signal a bear market. Otherwise it is a major correction within a bull climb.
